We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that a defective product could occur.
Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors.
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 30 days of your purchase. You may receive a credit toward the purchase of another item, or you may receive a refund of the purchase price.
Exchanges for a different style, size or color, not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error, will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. We will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may return an item within 30 days of receiving the item. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please provide us with your name, order number, and the product you are wishing to return. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RMA number). This number must be written on the return shipping label. Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with your return. If this is not available, please include a letter with your name and order number. Upon receiving your return, we will credit you the cost of the item (shipping charges are not refundable). Only the Credit Card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase may be credited.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you placed your order.
