U.S. Orders - All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail, United Parcel Service or First Class Mail. We choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package. Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 2-4 business days. If you are in a hurry then choose Express Delivery for a flat rate of $25.50 per order. Rush Orders requesting Express Delivery should be received within 1-3 business days. Please allow for an additional 2-3 business days when ordering personalized shirts.

International - Presently, we ship to most foreign countries. We ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail or the most efficient carrier. International orders are usually received within 7-10 days. Our international rates are as follows:
Canada: $10.00 per 1 item. Additional fees per item depending on weight.
All Other Countries: $15.00 per order unless notified otherwise.

Delivery Time -
We have received excellent responses and feedbacks about our shipping time.
Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 4-7 business days. If you are in a hurry then choose Express Delivery for a flat rate of $25.50 per order. Rush Orders requesting Express Delivery should be received within 1-3 business days. Please add an additional 2-3 business days when ordering personalized shirts. Our standard method of shipping is Priority Mail. However, from time to time we also use United Parcel Service and First Class Mail. It may take us a little longer during the busy holiday periods. If you are in a real hurry, please send us an email at yodcustomersupport@yoursondemand.com after placing your order and we'll do our best to give your order special attention. Orders requesting Express Delivery will be placed on the top of the pile for immediate processing.

Product Availability -
We normally keep enough items on hand to fill each and every order. However, from time to time, we do run out of certain products (although it's the exception not the rule). Some of our larger sizes and specialty shirts ie: cap sleeves take longer to reorder once we are out of stock. You will be notified by our customer service department via email to let you know the status of your order and any potential changes.

In stock items shipped within 2 days.
Local Pick-Up
When checking out select local pick-up and no shipping fee will be charged.
Digital Downloads
Music, Ebooks, Ring Tones & more on demand. Once your credit card is approved for the order will we send you a location to download your item.
For our Standard Delivery service we mainly use USPS Priority Mail Service. Sometimes we will ship via United Parcel Service or First Class Mail. For our Express Delivery service we mainly use United Parcel Service's Express Next Day Air service when available.
