All merchandise sold on the YoursOnDemand.com website is backed by our exchange or return policy.  

Here’s how our exchange or return policy works when exchanging an item.

  • Any item exchanged within the order exchange period is honored with no hassle.
  • The exchange period is listed in the product description or next to each product when viewing the cart.
  • The exchange period starts when your order has shipped.
  • The exchange policy covers an item ordered that is damaged, defective or size/style is not as expected. 
  • Providing the package tracking number of the exchange item being returned will begin the processing of the exchange.
  • You can start an exchange using our Request Exchange or Return management system in the My Account dashboard.

Please Note: In the My Account dashboard, the Request Exchange or Return button appears next to an order while the exchange period is still valid.
