Here’s how our exchange or return policy works when returning an item.
- Any item returned within the order return policy period is honored with no hassle.
- The return period is listed in the product description or next to each product when viewing the cart.
- The return period starts when your order has shipped.
- The return policy covers an item ordered that is damaged, defective, or not what was expected.
- A return can be requested for a full refund or a coupon as a store credit.
- Providing the package tracking number of the item being returned will complete the process for the refund or coupon as store credit.
- You can start a return using our Request Exchange or Return management system in the My Account dashboard.
