During the pandemic delivery times may be longer than usual. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and in checkout. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

Exchanges and returns are processed using extensive health and safety measures to protect our associates as they pick, pack, and ship products. To start an exchange or return please submit a request through our Exchange or Return system.

We prioritize the health and safety of our employees to provide a safe workplace, from enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures to supplying personal protective gear such as masks and gloves. We’ve implemented temperature checks, disinfectant spraying, and COVID testing.
